Travel Nurse RN – Earn Up to $89 per Hour – ICU or Med Surg (Tiger Flex)

Shift: 12-hour night shifts – 36 hours per week (non-benefit eligible position)

NIGHTS 7:00 PM TO 7:30 AM

COMMITMENT LENGTH: 12 WEEKS (possibility to extend for additional commitments)

Locations: MU Health Care, Columbia, MO, or Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC), Jefferson City, MO

(Tiger Flex Nurses are required to float between Columbia & Jefferson City campuses). 

Department: The Tiger Flex position is a cluster-based role. Each cluster includes multiple units/departments, and Tiger Flex RNs are expected to float between all units/departments within their assigned cluster(s). 

Currently, ICU and Med Surg clusters are available at the Columbia campus. CRMC in Jefferson City is its own individual cluster. Cluster placement is determined during the department interview based on organizational needs and the applicant's experience. 

Compensation: Earning potential ranges from $71 to $89 per hour after orientation. Final pay rate depends on shift differentials and unit clusters assigned.

·        Base Pay: $56 per hour

·        Automatic Tiger Flex Differential: $15 per hour, after orientation
