By accessing or using MedNomadJobs ("the Service"), operated at mednomadjobs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MedNomadJobs is an online job board that aggregates healthcare travel contract listings from staffing agencies across the United States. We provide tools for healthcare professionals to browse, compare, and apply to temporary healthcare assignments, and for staffing agencies to post and manage job listings.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Job Listings

Job listings on MedNomadJobs are provided by third-party staffing agencies. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing
• Pay rates, stipends, and contract terms are provided by the staffing agency and may change
• We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and a staffing agency
• We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by staffing agencies
• Expired or filled positions are removed on a best-effort basis

5. Agency Users

If you use the Service as a staffing agency:

• You must only post legitimate, currently available positions
• All listing information (pay, location, requirements) must be accurate
• You may not post discriminatory or misleading listings
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws
• You may not request payment from job seekers as a condition of employment

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and third-party job listings), features, and functionality are owned by MedNomadJobs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Newsletter and Email Communications

• Some job listings are gated behind a free newsletter signup. By entering your email to unlock listings, you consent to receiving periodic job update emails from MedNomadJobs
• You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link in any email
• We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes
• Email frequency will not exceed one message per week unless you opt into additional alerts

9. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any job listing or information obtained through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedNomadJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedNomadJobs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
