Travel Nurse Trainer – Luxury Medspa (Cincinnati, OH)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer with experience in medspa, dermatology, or wellness care. You’ll help create and deliver treatment protocols, train staff, and ensure consistent, safe, high-quality services across all spa locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine standard treatment procedures

• Conduct remote and in-person training for nurses and estheticians

• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards

• Support new spa openings and team performance audits

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (required)

• Background in aesthetics or skincare treatments

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally
