Occupational Therapist — Outpatient rehabilitation (travel assignment) in Mammoth Lakes, California. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: Days. Weekly pay range: $2,276–$2,375 per week. This travel assignment is in an outpatient rehabilitation setting focused on occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care with a 45-minute appointment every hour, evaluating patients referred for OT
- Perform objective evaluations and measurements relevant to the patient’s diagnosis
- Set measurable goals and functional outcomes with input from the physician, patient, and family as appropriate
- Develop and adjust a logical OT treatment program; reassess and revise the plan at minimum every 6 weeks
- Apply OT techniques and modalities appropriate to the diagnosis; document progress for multi-visit cases to support insurance authorization and utilization review
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other departments to coordinate care and communicate patient progress
Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapy license
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Outpatient and hand-based therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an outpatient setting and collaborate with the care team
