Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for residents in a long-term care setting and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement occupation-based therapies to improve activities of daily living and functional independence.
- Monitor progress, reassess goals, and document outcomes in the resident’s record in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (nursing, rehabilitation, social work) to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Adapt activities and equipment to accommodate mobility limitations and ensure safety and infection-control practices during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliant billing and regulatory requirements for therapy services.

Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with older adults
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills appropriate to LTC rehabilitation
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment with standard weekly schedule
