About This Contract

Step into a mission-driven role as a Travel Physical Therapist in Lebanon, Oregon, where your clinical expertise translates into real, tangible improvements in mobility, independence, and everyday life for patients recovering across diverse settings. This is an opportunity to blend evidence-based practice with compassionate care, guiding patients through personalized plans that restore confidence, reduce pain, and accelerate functional gains. You’ll collaborate with physicians, fellow therapists, nurses, and site coordinators to create seamless care journeys, and you’ll have the chance to mentor colleagues and learn from a broad network of clinicians. Imagine the fulfillment of witnessing patients progress from tentative steps to confident movements, knowing your hands and your plan helped them reclaim independence. Lebanon and the surrounding Oregon landscape offer more than work; they offer a cadence of life that supports thoughtful, effective practice and a balanced, rewarding career. And for those who crave variety, this assignment can connect you to opportunities across the United States, expanding your professional repertoire while maintaining the consistency and support you value.

Oregon’s Lebanon setting combines small-town warmth with easy access to the inspiring beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Nestled in the Willamette Valley foothills, the area offers rivers, farms, and scenic trails just outside your door. You’ll be part of a community that values outdoor recreation, healthy living, and family-friendly amenities, while enjoying the advantages of a role that respects your time, expertise, and personal goals. The state’s diverse landscapes—from green forests and rolling hills to nearby mountains and dramatic coastlines—provide a backdrop that refreshes your perspective after a day of patient care. In addition, the program empowers you with the option to work in various locations across the U.S., allowing you to broaden clinical exposure, test new settings, and build a versatile résumé that opens doors for advancement.

Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Physical Therapist specializing in rehabilitation, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and adjust approaches to optimize functional outcomes. Your daily responsibilities may include gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, strengthening protocols, balance and fall-prevention interventions, and patient education on home exercise programs. You’ll document progress in a timely, compliant manner, communicate findings with the care team, and facilitate safe discharge planning. You’ll guide patients through postoperative, orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal rehab scenarios, always aligning interventions with best practices, patient goals, and safety standards. The role fosters professional growth within the specialty, with exposure to diverse caseloads, mentorship from experienced clinicians, and ongoing learning opportunities to deepen expertise in areas such as amputee rehab, vestibular therapy, pediatrics, or geriatrics as your interests evolve.

Compensation and support are designed to reflect the value of your clinical leadership and travel agility. The position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $2,262 to $2,375, with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. You’ll have housing assistance to ease relocation and stay focused on clinical excellence, along with extension opportunities that let you lengthen or renew assignments across locations as your goals evolve. To complement this, you’ll benefit from a bonus program designed to recognize outstanding performance and commitment, reflecting the employer’s appreciation for your impact. A robust, 24/7 support network accompanies you while traveling with the company, ensuring you have real-time access to coordination, clinical guidance, and logistical assistance whenever you need it. This integrated support extends to onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and ongoing safety checks, so you can concentrate on delivering first-rate patient care with confidence.

Company Values: The organization champions a people-first philosophy, dedicating itself to empowering staff through clear pathways for career advancement, mentorship, and professional development. A collaborative culture emphasizes transparency, respect, and shared accountability, fostering a supportive environment where clinicians are encouraged to lead initiatives, share best practices, and pursue continuing education. You’ll be part of a team that values your voice, acknowledges the challenges of travel assignments, and commits to a reasonable balance between clinical impact and personal well-being. By prioritizing consistent communication, dependable scheduling, and a culture of recognition, the company aims to elevate not only patient outcomes but the professional fulfillment and longevity of every therapist.
