Overview
CT Tech – Radiology travel assignment in Delta, Colorado. Start date 05/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,344–$2,400 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour days. Setting: hospital, travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional radiographs for diagnostic purposes; assist with contrast administration per Radiologist orders.
- Support imaging across modalities as needed, including fluoroscopic and C-arm imaging, while maintaining safety and image quality.
- Assist radiologists during interventional procedures using CT guidance (e.g., biopsies, injections, drainages) and ensure procedures are performed under proper protocols.
- Perform quality control for the CT area, monitor equipment safety, and verify image quality and documentation.
- Transport patients and position them using appropriate aids; adhere to sterile technique, Universal Precautions, and patient safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports; participate in scheduling to maximize department efficiency; assist in training Radiology students when applicable.
- Provide patient and family education as needed; communicate clearly with the care team to coordinate exams and follow-up care.
Requirements
- Ability to operate CT imaging equipment and related imaging modalities within a hospital setting.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts as part of a rotation including day/night coverage.
- Strong focus on patient safety, radiologic quality, and adherence to department policies and standards.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork to coordinate care in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to participate in cross-modality duties and support as assigned by the department.
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment and comply with facility credentialing processes.
