Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Speech-Language Pathologist on this travel assignment, you’ll assume a comprehensive role that emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration, and growth.

- Key responsibilities: - Conduct thorough speech-language assessments across pediatric and/or adult populations, interpreting results to inform targeted interventions. - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, phonology, language, social communication, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing as applicable. - Collect and analyze data to document progress, adjust goals, and communicate outcomes to families, educators, physicians, and care teams. - Provide coaching and education to families and caregivers, ensuring strategies are practical and integrated into daily routines. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, SLP assistants, audiologists, occupational therapists, and physicians, to coordinate care. - Maintain accurate documentation in approved electronic health record systems and comply with regulatory and facility-specific policies. - Travel to assigned sites, adapting practice to diverse settings while maintaining high standards of care and patient safety.
