Active New Jersey licensure in hand at submission is required, and non-local candidates (locals within a 50-mile radius) are not accepted. This assignment involves an acute care setting with on-site MBS/imaging capabilities and Epic charting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct bedside swallowing evaluations and Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies as indicated for adults and geriatrics in the ICU/IMC
- Provide dysphagia management and oral motor therapy; support patients with tracheostomies or ventilator dependence as needed
- Assess and treat neurogenic communication disorders (e.g., post-stroke CVA, TBI) and support related cognitive-communication needs
- Collaborate with the ICU/IMC multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds; contribute to discharge planning and patient/family education
- Document progress and treatment plans in Epic at the point of service; ensure accurate, timely charting and care continuity

Requirements
- Active New Jersey license to practice in hand at submission
- CCC-SLP credential
- BLS certification
- Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (acute/ICU/IMC preferred); travel experience noted in job fields
- Ability to work effectively in an ICU/IMC setting with adults and geriatric patients
