Responsibilities
- Prepare the procedure room and sterile field for invasive cardiac procedures, including setup of sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Function in multiple roles on the procedure team as scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor; maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment operation.
- Assist with right and left heart catheterizations, hemodynamics, cardiac interventions (PCI/ CTO), Pericardiocentesis, and vascular interventions as needed.
- Support structural heart cases and related interventions, and be prepared to assist with devices and mechanical circulatory support as required.
- Ensure equipment readiness, participate in room turnover, and uphold infection control standards and patient safety throughout procedures.

Requirements
- Active RCIS certification through CCI or ARRT, or eligible for NYS Public Health Law 2824 grandfathering
- Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination completed
- Education: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program; NYS licensure to practice radiologic technology
