Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams using established protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Position patients accurately, select appropriate exposure factors, and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate radiology equipment and digital imaging systems; monitor and adjust as needed to maintain image quality; maintain radiation safety per ALARA guidelines.
- Process and route images to the appropriate electronic health record system (Cerner); communicate findings and any concerns to radiologists and clinical staff.
- Adhere to infection control practices, patient privacy standards, and department policies; maintain room and equipment readiness between exams.
- Collaborate with radiology team and other clinicians to fulfill orders efficiently and support timely patient care.

Requirements
- Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- Minimum 2 years of recent radiology experience in the specialty
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Cerner electronic health record experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; schedule includes weekends and 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with 12x3 pattern
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment; must be eligible to work in the United States
